We as a nation knew for a long time that the person in the highest office in our country was not going to leave easily. We knew the man's personality from his reality show before he went into politics.
What I and many others didn't realize however was his own party would foster his incompetence even when he continued to refuse advice from those more experienced and knowledgeable. Bad decisions in addition to bullying definitely weren't a good fit for this job. We saw numerous folks on his team 'quit'/ be fired.
So, the majority of his real bosses, the U.S. citizens, decided enough damage had been done and he was voted out of office. Yep, fired. Just like he fired candidates on his reality show this time he was the one hearing, "You're fired."
Denial was his knee jerk reaction, followed with spreading allegations of voter fraud which have been proven false over and over again.
The perpetuation of these lies has now caused dissent and invoked violence in D.C. and in our Capitol.
The world can be shocked BUT what will we do with all the disgruntled believing the lies since this mess is far from being over as more on line plans are spreading for Inauguration Day?
