t wasn't just flowers that were grown and arranged which were the stars of New Orlean's Art in Blooms on the Bayou, participants attending the preview not only dressed in floral prints. This couple took it seriously about their dress for the evening. A picture speaks a thousand words, right? Mighty spiffy.
