FOTO FRIDAY: HUNGER

My Mom always told me to clean my plate, didn't yours?  Remember all those starving children who would really appreciate your plate of food. Apparently the children on the  other side of the world weren't the only ones who were hungry.

 I transplanted some milkweed in the front flower bed to attract butterflies.  The aroma from its blooms was intoxicating. The flowers faded, dropped their blooms and their leaves started looking like something was eating them. Look what was left.

I'd say somebody cleaned their plate, wouldn't you? Ravenous, in fact. True skeletal remains.
