LEGAL/NOT IT'S STILL THE ART OF THE STREETS

As everywhere street art can be found up, down, all around, donning formerly boring blank building walls/doorways. France is no different in attracting artists to help these unattractive spaces. Many drawings are actually commissioned as well as others, well perhaps, not solicited which by the way doesn't diminish their message/artistic expression.  And yeah, perhaps some owners/ neighbors aren't so thrilled.
