FOTO FRIDAY: Shrivelled Like a Prune

FOTO FRIDAY: Who knew tomatoes could ever shrink so much and yet look so 'purty.' 10+ pounds of Roma tomatoes after being washed and sliced were dehydrated Wednesday. This dried batch's fate will become tomato powder and eventually tomato paste. I definitely have discovered a whole new world of food processing.  Natureman's response "That's  all those tomatoes ?" Yep, a lot less storage place needed.

So, any photos to share of something dried-up, shriveled like a prune? Use your imagination.

I might need to start twisting some arms for photos... virtually of course.
