Inside the Painting

Have you ever thought you had an original idea only to find out that someone else  already had that very same idea?

One of the Kandinsky exhibit rooms in the Milwaukee Museum of Art was a depiction of a Kandinsky mural which was to be at a railroad station. Unfortunately, it didn't come to fruition due to the cost of executing the idea at such a large venue.

Well we actually have one such room in our home. It is our guest bathroom which was inspired by the painting below.

My thought was wouldn't it be cool to walk into a room as if it was a painting.  Who knew Kandinsky also had that same idea?

Wassily Kandinsky couldn't execute his idea but we could in a much smaller space.

Anyhow, I guess great minds think alike. LOL. Maybe I should start charging admission to visit the End of the Rainbow Valley/ at least to go to the bathroom.

Hmmm...

Maybe, that's not such a bad idea. What do you think?
