FOTO FRIDAY: Lighting Up the Night
I love looking at the light displays at this time of the year. Have you noticed in some neighborhoods one house after another are decked out? Some have an unspoken competition going on and others actually have judging committees.
In a rural setting where acres can separate neighbors it's not quite the same but exciting none the less because all of a sudden there will be lights amidst all the darkness. Do notice Santa's mode of transport varies too.

Arkansans Kaye and hubby Shep preferred mode of transportation is cycling, so what could be more perfect than a lit up bike?
Although they did need to use a plane to visit New York last year and enjoy the Christmas lights. They were given a "Happy Chanuka" bumper sticker. Where else could that happen besides NY? Sara from Cedarburg, WI visited NYC's Rockefeller Center recently. It was obviously a very breezy day but that tree is majestic every year.
